The "iMix-PRIM" is a new device equipped with a uniquely developed shear mixer in the blending tank, allowing for the quick and easy dispersion and dissolution of powders by guiding them rapidly into the shear mixer through a vortex. The optimized vortex strongly draws in the powder, preventing any powder clumps from remaining on the water surface, enabling the dissolution of 1% CMC in water in about 15 minutes. Nichiraku Machinery provides a test device for this product.
